Check-IN is flexible around your schedule and ours. Please give us an estimated time of arrival 48 hours in advance. Late arrivals must be scheduled since there is no 24-hour front desk. Be sure to call if your traveling is delayed to alert us as to your expected Check-IN time. Check-OUT is 11 AM daily, or by other arrange-ment, including baggage storage for your convenience. We will be glad to help arrange transfers from and to both Midway and O'Hare International Airports.
Charges
are quoted per night/double-occupancy (up to two guests per suite); additional guests are charged $45 each/per night for up to two or four guests de-pending on the suite accommodations. There is a
10% rack discount for two or more week nights, SU-TH; and a
25% rack premium for single F-SA nights. Prices are subject to change without notice; other discounts may apply.
Reservations are accepted as space is available in the order they are received and must accompany a nonrefundable deposit equal to the first AND last night's rate, plus tax, or 50% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. We will only refund a deposit if that reserved suite is re-booked for the same terms, less a service charge of one night's stay, for each suite reserved. Any reservation may be cancelled 30 days or more in advance and will be charged a service fee of 10% of the the deposit with a $25 per suite minimum.
Our building is a vintage, 100% smoke-free (NO SMOKING anywhere in the rooms, the halls, next to windows, or anywhere else in the building) walk-up; all suites with private bath are on the second and third floors; complimentary over-night lighted IN-OUT park-ing is just to the south of our building. An outstanding cooked-to-order breakfast is served 7A-10P Sunday-Friday by reservation in the main floor dining room of Polo Cafe and Catering Bridgeport U.S.A., as guests arrange. Brunch is served on Saturday 9A-2P. With advance notice to us, B&B guests may have others join them here for breakfast or brunch for a nominal charge.
